I'm a performer, contemporary theatre maker and choreographer, currently in Manchester.

My practice incorporates acting, physical theatre and dance theatre. I take part in these disciplines as either performer or facilitator.

To inform and inspire my work, I like to participate in professional industry training. Through courses and intensives, I enjoy learning companies' techniques and making methods.
